The Health, Education and Social Services Committee considered                 
SENATE BILL NO. 312 "An Act relating to school construction                    
grants; and providing for an effective date" and recommended it be             
replaced with                                                                  
                                                                               
	CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 312(HES), entitled:                                    
"An Act relating to school construction grants and                            
to interscholastic school activities; and providing for                        
an effective date."
